The Canadian based multinational company BlackBerry has unwrapped their latest BlackBerry Motion in Dubai, recently. This handset is packed with top-notch specs which can give a tough fight to the current flagship devices of the market.
The BlackBerry Motion is an “all touch” device made by China’s TCL under the license with BlackBerry. This handset from BlackBerry is powered by a massive 4000mAh battery and is also IP67 certified, which indicates that the phone can easily stay in water unaffected for 30 long minutes up to a depth of 3.3 feet.
The BlackBerry Motion comes with a Premium Anti-Scratch 5.5 inches screen with a 1080 x 1920 (FHD) resolution. The BlackBerry handset will run on Android 7.1 Nougat but with the commencement of New Year, the software can be updated to the latest Android 8.0 Oreo.
The handset is expected to run on a powerful Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with a 4GB of RAM and will offer an Octa-core CPU and Adreno 506 GPU. The BlackBerry device has got a tough aluminum frame with a soft touch material on the back side.
The device also has the feature of Quick Charging 3.0 which lets the handset charge from straight 0 to 50% within 40 minutes. You will also find a Touch ID sensor rooted in the home button.
The Locker is an exclusive feature of the BlackBerry Motion. The users can store their vital and confidential data in an internal storage which the users can lock it by using a PIN code or with a fingerprint.
The Locker Mode stores the data in the internal storage instead of sending it to the cloud storage. The Convenience Key is now equipped with "four customizable profiles for Home, Car, Office, and User. These can be triggered by "a home Wi-Fi network, in-car Bluetooth, meetings that are synced to BlackBerry Hub or apps that are most commonly used."
