Huawei didn’t show up with any new smartphones at MWC event. But it is likely to announce three new smartphones in the upcoming event in Paris. Since the Chinese company revealed the fact that it is going to announce the newest smartphone on March 27, there are several rumors that spread across showing off the device. All those rumors confirmed the launch of Huawei P20 and P20 Plus.
Now the new leak suggests the launch of another smartphone Huawei P20 Lite. The rendered image of the latest alleged device features an iPhone X-like notch. As per the image from popular tipster Evan Blass, two devices are spotted with an almost similar design. They still have larger bezels at the bottom end along with the dual rear camera. The Huawei P20 lite sports a fingerprint scanner at the rear end. While the Huawei P20 may have the in-display fingerprint sensor.
Apart from the images, Evan Blass also provided other specs of Huawei P20 Lite such as 5.6-inches display with 1080 X 2550 screen resolution. As for the Huawei P20 Plus, it may carry a bigger display with triple cameras on the back. Furthermore, it may be powered by a Kirin 659 chipset accompanied by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. Despite the Lite version, it may feature a 3520mAh battery and dual 16MP Leica camera with hybrid zoom. The Huawei P20 Lite may run on Android Oreo with EMUI 8.0 layered on the top.
Another interesting leak is the upcoming handset may replace the physical volume buttons with a “virtual volume key”. This prototype is completely different from the one that we saw in the earlier rumors. So, it is quite interesting to learn that Huawei is planning to launch the Huawei P20 series with an unexpected final design in the next month.
