Huawei recently introduced the Huawei Y9 (2018) into the market. Now, it is all set with another Y-series smartphone, Huawei Y7 2018. Few rumors suggest that Y9 will be another alternative to Y7. However, now the recent renders claim it to be the successor of last year model. All the Y-series Huawei smartphones mainly target the low-end and mid-range market.
The official render gives us a glimpse of the upcoming smartphone. As per the image, the outlook of Huawei Y7 (2018) is similar to the Y9 (2018). It is likely to feature an edge-to-edge display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Though the exact dimensions of the device are not known, we could hardly find bezels on the top and bottom. This gives more room for the display screen. On the rear end, there is a fingerprint scanner, single camera module on the top left corner. The camera can be of a 13MP sensor with an LED flash. While the Huawei Y9 (2018) had a dual rear camera module. It holds the 3.5mm headphone jack which is lacking in many high-end smartphones.
Since the Huawei Y9 2018 is equipped with a micro USB slot, we expect the same to be integrated into Y7 2018. To compare, the Huawei Y9 2018 features a 5.93-inches display with full HD Plus resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Since Huawei Y9 is given 3GB RAM and 32GB storage with Kirin 659 SoC, we expect the Huawei Y7 to have at least 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and may run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset. As for the battery, the new Huawei Y7 2018 may boast the same 4000mAh battery as in its predecessors.
Currently, there is no detailed information about Huawei Y7 2018 specs, price, and availability. Given that the company has already launched Huawei Y9 2018, we expect the Huawei Y7 2018 launch very soon.
