This year is a special one for the Cupertino Company as iPhone will be celebrating its 10th anniversary. Apple will be celebrating this moment by launching iPhone 8 along with two other variants.
Apple may unveil the upcoming handset in September. The giant tech firm has not given any confirmation till now, so we have to go by the various rumors and leaks. Now a fresh leak says that the other two variants will be rolled out first and later the highly anticipated iPhone 8 will be unveiled. So we can expect that the flagship device will hit the shelves by October or November.
Furthermore, it is expected that the supply of the flagship phone will be limited, at least in the first months after release.
According to sources the fingerprint sensor will be ditched and will be replaced with ‘Face ID’. Some leaked images suggest that the handset will have three iris sensors next to the earpiece at the top front of the phone – two to the left of the earpiece and one to the right - accompanied by a 3D-sensing camera.
It is said that Apple is working on a new concept of identification, in the face of a mold between facial recognition and iris reading in a single, integrated feature.
iPhone 8 may be available in black and white variants but the white model could be uncertain due to the lack of necessary painting materials.
The fact is until and unless iPhone 8 is released we will come across some or the other leaks every day. But one thing is for sure that the expectations of the iPhone 8 are really high.
