It seems like the Apple’s iPhone X is now everywhere. Recently OnePlus was reported to be working on OnePlus 6 with a notch design housing front camera and speakers. Now, other popular manufacturers, LG is planning to introduce the new smartphone LG G7 which is ought to be the best clone of Apple iPhone X.
Recently, the company launched LG V30S ThinQ instead of LG G7 with an intention to redesign the entire model from scratch. Now, from this concept, we are sure that the company is much inspired by iPhone X notch. Thus making it integrate the same notch design into the next flagship. From the leaked images of LG G7, we understand that it has borrowed design from iPhone X with a notch and bezel-less display. As usual, the notch packs in front camera and sensors.
LG G7 Rumored Specs
The rumored handset may feature a 6-inches OLED display with 19:9 aspect ratio, 3120 X 1440 screen resolution, and 900ppi pixel density. Furthermore, the device may pack in the latest Snapdragon 845 processor with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of onboard storage. Images further reveal a vertical dual rear camera setup of a 16MP sensor with f/1.6 aperture, OIS(optical image stabilization), laser autofocus and dual-LED flash. Note that there is a fingerprint scanner below the camera setup, thus keeping an end to the rumor of inbuilt fingerprint scanner.
Moreover, the company may incorporate the facial recognition technology into the upcoming LG G7. There is even an 8MP front scanner, 3000mAh battery and may ship in with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. Other notable features include IP68 rating, camera AI, wireless charging and digital assistant. LG is even planning to include the notification bar on the right and left edges of the display screen. As for the release date and pricing, the company did not reveal any official launch date. But it is likely to make its appearance in the second quarter of 2018 with an affordable price tag.
