With the ongoing trend of the bezel-less smartphones, Xiaomi was the first company to launch a smartphone without frames. Following the suit, recently we have come across a video that suggests the phone without bezels. It shows the Samsung Galaxy Z that is designed with a concept of a screen that completely occupies the front end.
Currently, there include smartphones that occupy only 90 percent of the screen ratio. In future, with the help of latest technology, we will be able to see full-screen smartphones. In other words, there will be a trend which sports display without frames and bezels.
The company already has a Samsung Z’s series a few years ago that runs on a Tizen OS. Recent rumours suggest that the South Korean company is planning to extend Z series with new Samsung Galaxy Z that features Android.
Rumored Specs of Samsung Galaxy Z (2018)
From the leaked conceptual video, we can understand the front panel of the device occupies the entire screen. So, logically there is no space for the fingerprint sensor. It may have 5.9-inches super AMOLED display screen with a Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The Samsung Galaxy Z sports hidden dual front camera and a dual rear camera setup.
The handset sports Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Finally, it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo and carries a 3700 mAh battery with quick charge support.
Another interesting thing we can notice from the video is the Galaxy Z design is almost similar to Galaxy S8. The only difference is a screen with a metal case that comes in without any frames.
The phone with these specifications is quite hard to believe. But the patents and technological advances suggest that Samsung is sure to come up with this design in the near future with Samsung Galaxy Z.
