Design and Display:
The sleek iPhone X flaunts a glass body with a steel band around the smartphone. The flagship handset holds an OLED display of 5.8-inches with a resolution of 19.5:9 ratio.
The recent device from Apple doesn’t feature a home button and instead wakes up by the face ID which detects the user’s face and when in dark light surroundings the infrared sensor does the job.
The selfie camera of the iPhone X is not an ordinary one. It comprises of the flood illuminator, infrared camera, front-facing camera, and dot projector which identifies the user’s face by throwing a 30,000 dots across the face and creates a high-resolution facial map of the user. And all this is done by a front facing camera of 7MP.
Animoji is a combination of emoji and the user’s facial expression. The TrueDepth Camera maps the facial expression onto 3D visualizations of an emoji (smileys, panda, cat, etc.). The animoji copies approximately 50 tiny details of your expression.
The iPhone X works on the latest A11 Bionic Chip and iOS 11.0.2 paired with 3GB RAM. The iPhone comes in two storage variant- 64GB and 256GB.
