The upcoming Nokia's Android flagship may come up with wide angle dual rear camera lens and telephoto lens. HMD Global may announce the new Nokia 9 in January 2018.
As of the rumours, it is expected to include dual lens camera. One of the camera lenses may feature telephoto and wide zoom lens. The HMD Global is about to update the beta program with the new camera app.
According to the report from Nokiamob, the new app is capable of supporting 2x optical zoom along with the telephoto and wide angle feature. It is surprising that even the Nokia 5 that is updated recently may not have this new feature added.
The camera app even lets the user to manually adjust the ISO and shutter speed. Though the same feature is available even in Nokia 5, sadly it couldn't hold the dual-camera lens.
Nokia 8 is the only model from HMD global that supports dual-camera. But it does not include the optical 2x zoom technology. So, it is known fact that neither of the Nokia flagships holds these new features.
Since Nokia 9 is the upcoming flagship from HMD Global, we can expect it to have these features embedded. The upcoming flagship may sport dual rear camera setup aligned vertically with fingerprint sensor placed below the lens. Perhaps, both the features optical zoom technology and wide angle mode require dual camera lens.
This makes sense that HMD Global is planning to include either of these features in Nokia 9. It may sport 5.5-inches quad HD AMOLED display. The new flagship from Nokia may be equipped with 22MP camera sensors. Rumors suggest that Nokia 9 may be paired up with Snapdragon 835 processor.
If the speculations come out to be true, then we can have the first look of Nokia's flagship in early 2018.
The expected Nokia 9 price in Dubai UAE is AED 3399.
